Step 1 Glitter eyes
EYE COLOUR: Apply the Chunky Metallic Gold Pencil

across the eyelid, blend into the socket line using fingertips and sweep out toward temples to create a wing effect and sweep under lower lashes from inner to outer corner.

Step 2
GLITTER: Press Doubloon Holographic Glitter (used wet) across the lid and dot under lower lashes. Give a 70s finish with layered mascara on the bottom lashes. Sweep away any fallen glitter with a blusher brush.

Step 3
BLUSH & LIPS: Rub fingertips over the Shimmer Stick and apply on the apples of the cheeks, sweeping up into the temples. Dust the Domed Baked Powder Blusher over cheekbones to add a warm peachy glow and finish with a touch of peachy lipgloss.

Step 1 purple smoke
BASE & SHADOW: Apply your normal make-up base. Dot Shadowbase eye primer all over the lid and using the edge of the stick sweep underneath the eye. Press Moondance pigment on the upper lid and blend, sweeping outwards and using a tissue at the edge of the eye to create a sharp line.

Step 2
EYE DEFINE: Using the Mini Blender Brush sweep the same colour along lower lashline, sweeping out to edge of eye and under the purple line above - leaving a slight gap. Add definition with Coal Hole and apply at the outer corner above the upper lash line, extending out slightly and along to line you have created to make a flick. Dust Coal Hoal under lower lashline concentrating on the outer edge. Wetting the pigments will increase depth of colour.

Step 3
LASHES AND LIPS: Finish with lashings of your favourite mascara. Apply a nude pink lip to perfectly set off the eyes.

Step 1 60's lashes
BASE AND SHADOW: Apply CC135 all over eye lid as a base. Powder Eye Shadow in Sex applied all over eye lid with Eye Shadow Brush. Medium Pencil in Sophie drawn diagonally from outer edge of the eye drawing around and slightly above the socket line. Blend the line using the Eye Shadow Brush.

  1. Step 2
LINER AND LASHES: Mix one drop of Sealing Gel with Eye Liner Cake in Mislead. Using the Angled Eye Liner Brush press along the lash line and use the flat edge of the brush to create a flick. Using Eye Brow Cake in Motto and Eye Brow brush use dry or wet with Sealing Gel to create the perfect brow. Apply Masquara in Raven and add False Eye Lashes in Grandeur.
    Step 3
BLUSH AND LIPS Apply Powder Blusher in Katie with Blusher Brush #1 to the apples of the cheeks, sweeping upwards towards the ears. Apply Lipstick in Liv for a matt 60’s look.

Step 1 drama queen
BASE AND SHADOW Apply a base of Satin Primer using a foundation brush, followed by Skin Base Foundation in No6 applied with Highlighter Brush and touch up with Concealer in CC135. Use concealer CC135 as an Eye Base all over the lid. Next apply Cream Pigment in Androgen all over the lid and slightly above the socket.

Step 2
EYE DEFINITION Apply Pure Pigment in Barber by pressing into the lash line and blending upwards towards the crease. Apply Pure Pigment in Zeitgeist to the inner corner of the eye and blend through the socket using Blending Brush #1. Add Medium pencil in Sophie long the water line and lash line.

Step 3
BROWS AND LASHES Mix one drop of Sealing Eye Gel with Eye Brow Cake in Stark. Apply using Angled Eye Brow Brush to create the perfect shape. Apply Falsh Lashes in Weimar and finish with Precision Ink in Havoc along the lash line.

Step 4
BLUSH AND LIPS Sweep Powder Blusher in Ambition onto the apples of the cheeks and up along the cheek bones. Use Medium Pencil in Honour to sharpen the lip line and fill in with Lipstick in Kontrol.

Step 1 neon
BASE AND SHADOW: Apply a base of Satin Primer using a foundation brush, followed by Skin Base Foundation in No6 applied with Highlighter Brush and touch up with Concealer in CC135. Apply Whiplash Medium Pencil all over the eyelid as a base using a skin sketching technique, which involves using pencils to define the eye by contouring and adding colour. Use an eyeshadow brush to blend the colour out.

Step 2
EYE DEFINITION: Apply Dare Eyeshadow over the top of the green pencil to advance the colour. Use Strumpet Medium Pencil round the socket line, Clare advises: “Angle the line up from the lash line and along the socket line, blending with the shadow brush”.

Step 3
LINER AND LASHES: Use the Sophie Black Pencil to cut into the crease of the eye and blend. Layer the lashes with Masquara in Raven.

Step 4
BLUSH AND LIP: Apply Tweak Blusher onto the apples of the cheeks and blend back towards the ear. Cover the lips using Bait Medium Lip Pencil and finish with Divine Sheer Lip Gloss to make the look pop.

Step 1
EYE SHADOW: Pat on a gun-metal grey over the eye lid with flat brush from the lash line up to the crease. “Patting on the colour repeatedly creates a strong depth of colour,” says Sonia. We used Rimmel London Glam’ Eyes Mono Eye Shadow in Night Jewel.

Step 2
EYE DEFINITION: To contour the eye sweep a black eye shadow in a 'C' shape from the outer corner of the eye across the crease. “This really makes the eyes smoulder,” says Sonia. We used Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Mono Eye Shadow in Jet Black.

Step 3
LINER AND LASHES: “A strong look like this needs lashing of mascara to make the eyes pop,” says Sonia. We used Rimmel London Lash Accelerator. Line the whole eye with black eye liner - Rimmel London Kohl Eye Liner Pencil in Black is perfect. “Smudge the liner into the roots of the lashes and blend for a smoky effect.”

Step 4
LIPS: “I love this look with a nude lip but if you’re feeling daring, add a dark blackcurrant stain. Pat on the colour with your fingers or with a brush and work it into the lips,” says Sonia. You can’t go wrong with Rimmel London Lasting Finish Lipstick in Amethyst Shimmer.

Step 1 pretty in pink
EYE SHADOW: Apply Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Mono Eyeshadow in Precious Rose all over the eyelid, then blend into the crease using a tapered brush. “This metallic shade of pink gives a very subtle colour that anyone can wear,” says Sonia.

Step 2
EYE LINER: To add definition to the eye apply a dark brown eye liner. Sonia used Rimmel London Soft Kohl Eye Liner pencil in brown to the top lash line.“Keep the pencil close to the roots of the lashes, this will make your lashes look thicker.” Apply two coats of mascara.

Step 3
LIP GLOSS: You want a slightly warmer pink on the lips. We used Rimmel Stay Glossy Lipgloss in Non Stop Glamour. “It’s a good tip to apply your lip colour before your blusher so you can get a better idea as to how much blusher you really need.”

Step 4
BLUSH: More pink! But don’t worry this is a subtle, warm pink that really sets off the lips and eyes. On the shoot Sonia used Rimmel London 3 in 1 Powder Blush in Spring Flower, which suits all skin tones. “Apply to just the apples of the cheeks,” says Sonia.

Step 1 classic red lips
EYE SHADOW: Sweep a light wash of Rimmel Glam’Eyes Mono Eye Shadow in Smoky Quartz over the entire lid. Take a little colour underneath the lower lash line. “An angled blending brush makes it really easy to apply shadow underneath the eye,” says Sonia.

Step 2
MASCARA: “Lashes need to really stand out, so I’ve applied Rimmel London Volume Flash mascara,” says Sonia. “Frame the eyes by filling in the brows - groomed brows always give a polished look to the face.”

Step 3
LIPS: For a precise pout you need a lip liner, such as Rimmel London 1000 Kisses Lasting Finish in Red Dynamite. “If you cup your hands around your mouth and look into a mirror, you will instantly see any mistakes,” says Sonia.

Step 4
LIPS: Fill in the lips with a rich lipstick, such as Rimmel London Colour Show Off lipstick in Red Fever. Finish with a touch of blusher and a dusting of powder - Sonia used Rimmel London Renew & Lift Brightening Powder.

Step 1
CONCEALER: Even out skin tone with Rimmel London Perfect Match Foundation, which gives a flawless finish. Banish dark circles with Rimmel London Match Perfection Concealer applied in dots under the eyes and then blend. “I apply concealer with a brush then I pat it into the skin using my fingers,” says Sonia.

Step 2
EYE SHADOW: Before defining the brows apply a light wash of Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Mono Eye Shadow in Night Jewel over the eye lid. “For a more dewy effect apply concealer to the eye lid and then dust over the eye shadow. This will accentuate the metallic texture of the eye shadow.” Apply two coats of mascara.

Step 3
BROWS: "It’s easier to work on your brows if you soften the pencil on your hand before you begin,” says Sonia. “Start at the inner edge of your brow then work outwards.” We used Rimmel London Professional Eyebrow Pencil to shape and define.

Step 4
CHEEKS: “Keep blusher natural - Rimmel London 3 in 1 Powder Blush in Autumn Catwalk is perfect,” says Sonia. Sweep across the cheekbones and finish with a touch of pink lip gloss or tinted lip balm.

Step 1 bronze beauty
EYE SHADOW: Blend a bronze eye shadow across the whole eyelid. We used Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Mono Eye Shadow in Spicy Bronze. “Take the colour underneath the eye," Says Sonia. Use several coats of black mascara. On the shoot Sonia used Rimmel London Lash Accelerator.

Step 2
BRONZER: For a sun-kissed complexion apply Rimmel London Natural Bronzer with a large, soft brush. “Tap off any excess powder onto your hand, then apply under the cheek bones. Remember to blend. Sweep a touch across your forehead, temples and chin and the bridge of your nose for a genuine bronzed look,” says Sonia.

Step 3
HIGHLIGHTER: Max up your cheekbones with a highlighter. Sonia used Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Mono Eyeshadow in Glam Ice, which is an eye shadow but works brilliantly as a highlighter. “Apply sparingly to the areas of your face that would naturally catch the light: cheekbones, forehead and the nose,” says Sonia.

Step 4
LIPS: To finish off the look add a glossy lip colour in a sunny coral shade. On the shoot we used Rimmel London Vinyl Gloss in Be Famous. “I think there’s something really chic about using various textures of one tone across the whole face. We’ve used matte, metallic and glossy textures which gives it a sexy summer feel,” says Sonia.

Step 1 smoky modern eye
LINE AND DEFINE: Line the whole eye with MAC Eye Kohl pencil in Blooz and smudge all around the lashes to give a lovely dark denim stain. Keep inside the waterline. "Using pencil instead of eye shadow gives an airbrushed effect and gives very soft edges, which looks more modern and lived-in," says Lynsey.

Step 2
BOLD EYES: "To make this look modern use bold, block eye colours and stretch them almost up to the brow. On the lid I worked a mixture of MAC Fresh Water eye shadow and in the socket line MAC Plumage eye shadow. In the corners I used a touch of MAC Electric Eel – which gives a neon kick," says Lynsey.

Step 3
LASHES: Coat your top and bottom lashes with MAC Black Pro Lash Mascara and build it up. "If you keep your eye closed it gets top and bottom together and you don’t have to fiddle about – but wiggle the brush so that you coat them properly. Lighten the brows by combing them with a brow brush and using a little concealer.

Step 4
LIPS: You want to keep the lips clean and natural so that you don’t detract from the drama of the eye make-up. "I used MAC Lipstick in Blankety and then a clear gloss over the top," says Lynsey.

Step 1 glam rock
BROWS AND BASE: Start with a light base like MAC Studio Fix Foundation, then turn your attention to your eyebrows. Using an angled brush, enhance the arch and elongate the brow. “The aim is to create width and space in the eye for the liner,” says Lynsey.

Step 2
LINE AND DEFINE: Now things get a little trickier. “Using MAC Liquidliner in Point Black and a very fine, angled brush, put a dot at each side of the eye in line with the end of the brow and under the lash line. Use that dot as your guide,” Lynsey advises. Next, angle the line so that it comes to the end of the brow.

Step 3
MAX-UP LASHES: Next, curl the eyelashes and coat with glossy black mascara. “Adding a few false lashes to the outer corner of the eye gives a very winged-out, sex-kitten look – MAC lashes no.7 are perfect for this because they’re short in the middle but are long and flicked out at the ends.”

Step 4
LIPS AND CHEEKS: “Contour the cheeks using MAC Prism Blusher – it works on all skin tones and is great for shading rather than adding colour – you don’t want to take away from the drama of the look." Pop the blusher under the deepest part of the cheekbone to add definition, then finish with a slick of nude lipstick. MAC Lipstick in Honey Love is perfect.
